We are always accepting risk-free open deposits...
Our community usually stays at a very high occupancy level... as such we always advise prospective residents to leave a risk-free "open deposit" to be in line for what they're looking for... It's a $100 deposit that you leave to get in line for what you're looking for in the future... you get it back if we don't get you the apartmentyou were looking for, and holds your place in line (it's usually the only way one can get into a one bedroom apartment around here)...

We're still taking open deposits for one bedrooms (in both phases), but we're overbooked for two's & three's of any size for July, August and September... and are no longer accepting any open deposits for those sizes until (at least) October.
